Event setup build up and break down

Build up procedure
You can park your vehicle next to your stand spot to unload your materials on Friday, when your stand is finished you can park your vehicle on the opposite side of the entrance. If you have to finalize your setup on Saturday morning this is possible between 7:30 – 8:00. At 8:00 your stand has to be finished and vehicles should be parked at the staff parking. That is because the riders will start arriving at 8:00.
Break down procedure
On Sunday evening at 18:00 we start break down of the event, you can then park your vehicle next to your stand. Break down should be finished around 21:00.
Parking Exhibitor & Exhibitor Staff vehicles
See the map above for the parking spot for your vehicle(s). During the weekend that space is reserved for exhibitor vehicles only. It’s only 50m from your stand so easy access if you need to grab extra stock or items from your vehicle.
Free Sponsor BBQ on Friday evening
On Friday we are planning a Free opening BBQ after the build up day to celebrate the start of the first DARE event.
Please register for this BBQ in advance and we will supply you with a number of BBQ tickets depending on your sponsorship level.
Gold: 4 BBQ tickets
Silver: 3 BBQ tickets
Bronze: 2 BBQ tickets
Drinks are not included.
Food & Drinks
During the event there is a Beach bar for drinks and multiple food trucks(with vegetarian options) on site for yourself and your staff.
Costs for drinks/food are at your own expenses.
Electricity
There are multiple electricity points at the square, everyone has access to power. Please bring extension cables or a roll reel to connect to these points.
Insurance & Medical help
We are not liable for any injuries. Please work securely and safely. Medical staff is present during the weekend.
Riding on the DARE Off-road Trail
As exhibitor staff you have access the DARE Off-road Trail. You can also request a limited number of visitor tickets to hand out to your guests/contacts. The number of passes/tickets you can request depends on your sponsorship level.
Gold 10 – Silver 5 – Bronze 2 (if you need 1 or 2 more that is no big deal)
Security
Security is on site during the evening and nights to keep all the materials secure. Locking of motorcycles is advised.
Staying overnight
No Camping available on site. You can stay overnight at nearby campgrounds, B&B’s, Hotels and holiday parks.
WIFI
No WIFI is available on site. Your own 5G is required for internet access.
